- Click on the start button, settings, then control panel. Double-click Network.

- Highlight the TCP/IP/Ethernet adapter binding associated with your WisperTel connection and select properties.

- Static IP Address customer: Select the IP address tab, enter in the IP address information provided to you on the STATIC IP ADDRESS FACT SHEET. All other customers should choose Obtain IP Address Automatically.

- STATIC IP Customers: Select the Gateway tab and enter the IP address provided to you on the Static IP Address Fact Sheet. All other customers should leave this blank.

- STATIC IP CUSTOMERS: Select the DNS Configuration tab and enter the DNS IP addresses provided to you. All other customers, should click Enable DNS and leave the rest blank.

- Select OK to save the TCP/IP settings and OK again to exit the Network configuration screens. Close any other windows open and reboot if the computer indicates to do so.
- You should be connected, open a browser and try to go to a web site. If you can't connect, please call tech support at 303.670.8400 x30.
