Connectivity Issues:
1. Power off the wireless subscriber unit for at least 1 minutes and then re-power and wait until it boots. Up to 1 minutes. Then go to step 2.
2. If you have a wired or wireless router, power it down for 2 minutes and then power it back up. Wait 1 minute. You should have a Link light on the WAN or Wide Area Network Port.
3. If you still don't have connectivity at this point, reboot your computer and try again.
Email Issues:
1. Check connectivity by going to several different websites. If you have connectivity issues see above.
2. Check your configuration with our email troubleshooting guides.
3. Send yourself an email.
