Router with PCs 1. Power off the wireless subscriber unit for at least 30 seconds and then re-power and wait 30 seconds until it boots. Then go to step 2. 2. If you have a wired or wireless router, power it down for 30 seconds and then power it back up. Wait 1 minute. You should have a "Link" light on the WAN or Wide Area Network Port. 3. If you still don't have connectivity at this point, reboot your computer and try again. A Single Computer 1. Power off the wireless subscriber unit for at least 30 seconds and then re-power and wait 30 seconds until it boots. Then go to step 2. 2. Reboot your computer and try to surf to various websites. With a Network 1. Power off the wireless subscriber unit for at least 30 seconds and then re-power and wait 30 seconds until it boots. Then go to step 2. 2. Reset all network devices such as switches and hubs. 3. Reset the individual computers. |
