60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions
WisperTel is proud to offer one of the best customer
satisfaction guarantees in our industry. We maintain a simple and
reasonable set of guidelines for customers to follow in order to
utilize this guarantee. Those guidelines are as follows:
1. To take
advantage of the WisperTel 60-day satisfaction guarantee customers
must meet all criteria as listed here:
- Contact WisperTel (by phone or email) to
request cancellation within 60 days of your WisperTel service
being activated.
- Be a customer in good standing and fully
paid on all applicable accounts.
- Return – or allow for the pickup – of all rented
WisperTel equipment within 30 days after your assigned cancellation
date. If rented equipment is not returned to WisperTel within the
assigned time period – or if equipment is returned incomplete,
in an unacceptable, damaged, and/or non-usable condition – customer
may forfeit any refund implied by this guarantee.
2.
Refunding – Upon Acceptable Cancellation of
Service:
- Refunds are allowed for all applicable monthly recurring service
charges (up to 2 months) but DO NOT include any non-recurring
installation costs, special equipment costs required for custom
installations, labor, taxes or other non-recurring fees per account.
- Refunds will not be issued until after all WisperTel equipment
has been returned to WisperTel in adequate condition (refer to
1c above).
- For customers with an outstanding balance, refunds may be issued
as a credit towards any amount owed WisperTel.
- For customers whose accounts are fully paid, refunds will be
issued in the form of a check and paid within 30 days after the
cancellation date or the date of acceptable return of equipment
(as described above), whichever is the later.
